Privacy
Account services remain unconfigured in this upload package. Language preferences are stored locally. Contact forms use an essential session cookie and send name, email, subject and message to the TANDEES email address when submitted. Quiz, calculator and uploaded correlation data stay in your browser.
Charts connect to TradingView automatically when the chart section comes into view. The provider receives connection data including your IP address. Hosting providers may keep technical access logs; their retention and the legal controller details must be confirmed before account services launch.
Contact messages are processed by the host mail service and the TANDEES email system; inbox delivery must be verified on the live host. Pseudonymous IP-derived keys limit abuse; message contents are not written to limit files. The Google map connects only after you select Load Google Map. WhatsApp links open an external service. Ask privacy questions at info@tandees.com; controller details and a retention policy must be completed before account services launch.
When accounts are activated, the service stores your name, email, actual residence, optional nationality, language and consent version, together with lesson progress, journal notes and support requests. Journal and support text are encrypted in the database. Operational staff have role-limited access. Owner contact details and retention periods must be approved before account activation.
